We are looking for a strategic Sales leader to drive UK growth for a future-focused and customer-obsessed haircare brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand multi-channel distribution, from budgets to execution
Develop growth strategies for key accounts and new business
Lead salon account management and new opening outreach
Oversee freelance field education team
Create forecasts, track KPIs, analyse performance
Direct launches and promotions for brand visibility
Build highly collaborative relationships across the organisation
In this strategic role overseeing customer experience for the brand, you will use your hair industry Sales expertise and excellent communication skills.
