Tshwane Metro Police Department awarded the Scientology volunteers with an opulent award to show their support during the epidemic.
KYALAMI GAUTENG, SOUTH AFRICA, March 29, 2023 / LinkDaddy News / Recently police from the Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD) gave out the Scientology Volunteer Ministers with a prestigious award to recognize the hard-working efforts made to assist the police during the outbreak. In ensuring the safety of everyone TMPD personnel as well as Tshwane residents were secure in the frontline they were noticed and were therefore awarded the award.

The ceremony was officially launched. In the ceremony that took place at
Castle Kyalami In attendance of more 400 attendees more than 400 people, and was attended by more than 400 people, the Office of the Police Chief awarded a special, once-in-a-lifetime award to thank volunteers for their unwavering and life-saving efforts during the outbreak.
The prize was a special bronze Tshwane Metropolitan Police Department cap that was presented to the Chief of Police Office of the Police Chief herself, sporting the Tshwane Metro Police Department’s logo, which was hung at the attention of the recipient on a plaque with the words:
“Awarded to L. Ron Hubbard and Scientology and Scientology Volunteer Ministers.
“As we are the Tshwane Metropolitan Police Department we are responsible for protecting the citizens from Tshwane in addition to the implementation of laws to protect their freedom.
“We have witnessed friends, colleagues, and families suffer the loss of life to an unidentified enemy.
“Had not been Scientology’s Scientology Volunteer Ministers who responded to this crisis with selflessness this loss could have been exacerbated and the pandemic could have claimed more lives.”
Sandile Hlayisi, who received the award on behalf of the Scientology Volunteer Ministers was honored with the award.
“I am elated by the work TMPD did for our community. Many volunteers have given millions of hours to help their fellow citizens. Unbelievably, they’re continuing to work on the same thing to this day! They have never let up! I was honored to receive this award for everyone. It’s very meaningful to each of us. We are grateful for the privilege. We are here to help,” said Mr. Hlayisi.
The award’s citation added “You are now the guardians of the frontline worker as well as the people of Tshwane.
“We give you and your Founding Father of the Tshwane Metro, M. L. Ron Hubbard the official TMPD Cap to celebrate your courage and generosity and make the late Mr. L. Ron Hubbard an honorary officer in the Tshwane Metro Police Department.
“We are honored to be able to call you our partners, and we would like to would like to thank you for your support.”

The cap is a symbol of respect, loyalty, and honor and was specifically designed to honor members of the Scientology volunteers. Volunteer Ministers have been working together with TMPD to clean their premises and cars, despite having been affected by Covid and much more. Hlayisi said that this was done regularly, if not every day, at each stage of the lockdown to make sure that the utmost safety was maintained for the police as well as for everyone. He also said that they performed this at no cost to TMPD and millions of other police across the nation to protect lives.
The ceremony, which was held in Castle Kyalami, saw the Office of the Police Chief saluting the group for their support during the past two years. The spokesperson said “You have been a great partner with us and we are pleased to present this award as a symbol of your dedication and collaboration. We are extremely happy for you and are happy to offer you this prize.”
As per Sandile Hlayisi, it has always been their responsibility to ensure the protection of those who provide vital services, the entire community, and everyone that are involved. He reveals that their journey was difficult, but they’ve persevered and will continue to do so until every person is safe.
The local NPO committed over 800 hours of security at the frontlines, providing free decontamination services, wellness education, and free training for skills to the whole nation. As of now, they have cleaned more than 70,000 facilities all over the country, ranging from homeless shelters and clinics to hospitals and orphanages, many of which are operated under the direction of Social Development. They also trained more than 12000 people, and provided the people with practical tools, namely Tools for life, so that they can be more in control of their lives.
They continue their work in the community and have been able to provide the effectiveness of their workshops to help people cope with grieving losses in the past and for them to rebuild lives to improve South Africa.
The Scientology Volunteer Ministers stated that they will continue to support the city and nation following the terrible pandemic.
